Title: Fantastic customer service - Outpost War-games Services

Over the last few months I have purchased several packs of figures from Outpost and have been delighted with them. However about ten days ago I purchased a pack of Spanish war hounds and when they duly arrived I was saddened to see that three of them had been slightly miscast. I contacted Jeff and explained the situation and without further ado he informed me that three new hounds would be in the post they arrived within a couple of days.
I wish that more companies were so diligent in responding to customers. Thank you Outpost War-games Services!

It's a website I never think to look at- just checked it now and they have some really lovely figures and products.  The building fronts are a really excellent idea.
