Title: Alternate Ork heads?

Just wondering if anyone knows of any alternate heads for GW Orks that aren't just different versions of the same? I had an idea for converting the Savage Orks (pic below) into some other kind of feral fantasy race by changing the heads. Something like a Frog, Pig or Ape head? I'm not much of a sculptor, so I'm kind of hoping that there's something out there already.
