Title: Foundry Vikings finished.
Post by: gaarew on July 05, 2019, 12:26:44 PM
So, after 20ish years in the lead pile (plus a brief stint with black primer on square bases) I've finally got around to painting up some of my Wargames Foundry Vikings.  Gone for a 6pt Jomsviking force made up solely of Hearthguard because well... less models to paint  ;D  Plan to keep expanding them to use as 'standard' Vikings and also play Dragon/Lion Rampant/Warlords of Erehwon/Blood Eagle/random fantasy/dark age games.

Also, gratuitous workbench shot, just because.

More pictures/write up over on my blog - http://studiogaarewblog.blogspot.com/ (http://studiogaarewblog.blogspot.com/)

Something makes me feel your Vikings have a bad case of the blues.  Hmm, I wonder what gives me that impression?   ;)

I have absolutely no idea what you could possibly mean with those spurious claims of me favouring paint of an azure pigmentation.  Damned untruths and falsifications.   ;D

And here are some primarily red and yellow Viking Archers as proof.   ;)
