I’m running a KS to help create 6 new sets of female adventuresses (and a few villains.)
Hoping to launch shortly.

There is also an info page on the Pulp Figures website:

Some interesting idea's Bob,
I think the motorcycle will go down nicely .Good luck with the kickstarter(even though you don't need it. ;) )
Mark.
-
I agree, I think you may have started something with the motorbike.
-
Launching Sunday the 22nd at Noon PST.
-
Glad to see this one is effectively gonna start - I had seen the advertisements in WI the last months, but didnrt find it on KS until just now.
One suggestion - add an "express" shipping option as an optional add-on for those in the EU that would like shipping by air instead of surface.
-
I will email EU/UK backers in March to see if they want airmail, or any other already released packs added to the reward shipment.

It appears that there's only one pledge level and no way to select figures? Is that correct? Not to offend anyone, but to be honest - there's not much reason to pledge. I'm only interested in about 5 of the potential sculpts and really don't want to spend $100 to get ~25 other figures I don't want or have a use for.
-
Its an all in, 1 level pledge. I know that isn't for everyone but its what I can do with this campaign. The packs will be released at a later date, once the backers have received theirs. Those who only want some of the figs can then order off the Pulp Figures website if they still want the figs.

We are launched and have reached our funding goal. On to the stretch goals!

As of tonight, day one 7pm PST, we are unlocked up to the Monkey.
-
Bob will you also do a bike without rider to go with the dismounted rider?
-
There's some very useful looking stretch goals there.

Maybe... just don't glue the rider to the bike? ;D
-
I'll be waiting for select packs at retail.
Honey West approves of the ocelot.
-
You might just have to contact me for a special order after the general release. I'm sure there will be spare bikes after casting.

David Phipps/Pulp Alley has prepared some cards specifically for the Dangerous Dames characters. You can download them for free too! He will be selling printed sets eventually too.
You will find them in the right column:
https://pulpfigures.com/kickstarters/
-
For those in the UK & Europe Sally 4th will also be carrying the Dangerous Dames cards as part of our complete Pulp Alley Range.

The Dangerous Dames Kickstarter ends Tuesday at Noon, Pst. I'm wrapping up sculpting on the first set, Rugged Adventuresses now. They need a few days of clean-up but here is a work in progress pic:
-
This is wonderful news. I just received the Pulp Alley cards for these dames and I can't wait to get the figures.
-
There's a lovely sense of movement in these. Nicely done Bob.
-
Just received my full set of these figures today, including the KS extras, and they're lovely. Really looking forward to get some paint on these, although currently the painting queue is rather full and it's going to be a while!

I'm eagerly waiting for mine to get here. With the current situation, Canada post is overflooded with parcel. My last order, from a store in Toronto, "slept" for a few days at the Mississauga Canada post facilities. In fact it tokes more time to get out of the Toronto/Mississauga area than it tokes to make the rest of its journey :?
-
Its going to take me a while to get them all shipped too. Your patience is much appreciated.
-
Mine arrived on Thursday, just one day after Bob handed them over to Canada Post!
I'm going to let them sit on my painting table in their full glory while i consider how best to approach painting them. Excellent cure for COVID19 isolation blues :)

The final few backer rewards left last week. Whew!

Very nice models. The instructions on assembly for the sidecar will definitely come in handy.
-
I'm absolutely chuffed with the ones I received. I've been happily slopping paint on them for the past few weeks!

Love your take! You guys are way ahead of me in painting these sets.

Bob - I appreciate your remarks but I have to disagree; I’ve seen your work and it’s gorgeous. In fact, I’m going to do my best to copy your scheme for Crash Callahan. If the result is half as good as the original, I’ll be very pleased.
Keep up the excellent work; the Dangerous Dames are a joy.

I’ve had a go at another 3. The lady on the right is supplied with a parasol. I haven’t decided yet whether to use it or to give her a weapon.
