These are from the CMON boardgame SMOG: The Rise of Moloch. The figures are mostly smaller versions of the Smart Max 54mm Smog line, made in plastic instead of resin.
There are plenty more of these coming the next rounds, I mostly paint boardgame figures the last years.

Gorgeous set of figures gnome.  Really love the colours and blending.

Reminds me of the view after a few sherberts on the town

Fun fact: in line with best LPL traditions, the correct answer is "both"! First I was going to comment the first entry with "London like I remember it" but then I realised that there's a prime chance to double the fun, hence the two birds version. :D
