Title: Modern 6mm sci-fi infantry models
Post by: EssarD on November 18, 2019, 11:53:31 PM
Can anyone recommend some 6mm sci-fi infantry models that are modern, clean, computer designed? I backed the Battletech kickstarter, and want some infantry that fits in with the updated mech style. Cheers!

Have a look at vanguard and onslaught miniatures.

Both companies have multiple ranges - so should be something that fits.

Yeah, I had a look at both of those, but they're very 40k-ish. Just looking for generic sci-fi human infantry, really. Thanks anyway. I'll keep looking.

Ral Partha (UK)  or Iron Wind (US) have the most recent battletech infantry sculpts. There's always Ground Zero or Microworld as alternatives?

Another option to consider would be Brigade Models. They have 3 varieties of sci-fi Infantry. The PacFed infantry (higher tech, full body armour) and Polish infantry (lower tech) both look quite good.

Plasma blast Games infantry look good.

Been tempted by 6mm for awhile and that's defo a place I'd take a look at.

Other is Stratos Minis but can't remember if they've done their figures in 6mm yet.
