Can I ask, what manufacturer makes that not-Baron Harkonnen model?

The floater is a Reaper figure, from their Chronoscope line.

Both excellent entries with some great terrain support. I really like the styrofoam vehicle. Kudos people!

Not styrofoam, actually.  Built it on a single day during one of the Build Something contests.  Its a high density sign foam.  I even found the build thread!
