I've been searching in vain for images or details of Madras Sepoy Regimental/Battalion flags for the 2nd Opium War.  So far I've found nothing. Is this something we just don't know?

Are you sure you mean the 2nd Opium War (1856-60)?  AFAIK, the only Madras forces present were the Sappers & Miners, and I'm not sure they would have carried regimental colours in the field. Indian infantry on that expedition came from the Punjab.

Thanks Peterem.  I suspect I misread John French and I agree that the sappers likely did not bring their colours with them.  I'm tempted to paint the sappers as their uniform is quite striking.

Anyhow, I now have the figures and still need to find out flag info for them so I've changed the title of this post.
