Hello agaain all,
Here are my GZG Kravak.
Scratchbuilt vehicles. Paper banners.
I chose a purple / violet colour scheme. Flesh is yellow with a crimson wash. Helmet eyes & other energy sources painted in green/blue//Fluorescent yellow.
I tried a new system for the base. Ground dried paint + white glue + ground florist oasis + paint.
It mixes into a creamy consistency but when dry this becomes gritty. This is very effective.
Black grass made from a white board duster.
These minis are nice in a chunky way, in my opinion a mix between Klingon & Predator.
Would make great mercs or bodyguards also.
The hounds would make great Khorne Hellhounds.
The jetbikes are great minis, detailed minis if a bit fiddly to build.
Thanks for your comments.

Some of them do have a very Predator feel to them. The armored squad looks almost like a different thing altogether.
What is Florists Oasis?

You do realise floral foam is a carcinogenic, and the dust is hazardous?
-
It's blocks of green or grey hard yet easily punctured foam shapes used by florists for flower displays.
Thanks Gunbird , no I definitely didn't know that !!!!! :?
Scrap that idea then & I'll stick to sand.
Thanks

Always surprised at people who don't know that. My local florists all make a very big deal of not using the stuff. It's a pretty serious health risk to be exposed to regularly, at least as bad as resin dust from sanding is.
Of course my main caregiver thought it was a good idea to let my sister and I teeth on the damn stuff when we were young.

God knows the stuff we are exposed to throughout life of which hazards we have no inkling of.....
At least hobby paint is non toxic ;) because I'd be stiff by now :D.

Nice work, I really like the colors you used, I need to get a wish list going for GZG's new stuff as well.

As it is still available in the EU, it is probably as safe as any of our modelling materials such as the resins used for our toys - if handled safely. Use as a teething product is probably not recommended.
Of course, you should not flush the debris away, we put enough junk in the water already.

Thanks WM.
I tried to make a different palette to what I usually use. I find that a colour wheel helps a lot when coming up with new schemes.
As you say UVS it is probably "as safe ??? " as other wargaming stuff ......
