Hi
I realy like the tabel and I will copy the Idea of a raised table ,thanks  :)
Is the tabel finish now ?
You could paint and over flock the white epoxy putty and edit some more smallbushes
on the cdīs .
I wish to note that I think the tabel is realy nice and that these are only a Idea to make the table a show stopper ..

keep on the good work

Weird! I've never had CDs warp back when I used to use them for basing!

Birch are my favourite tree......and yours are very, very nice!  I also really like the tufts of long grass. I think I might have to buy a cheap paintbrush to cut up.

Argh! please don't do any more Birches, I'm allergic against these beasties  lol

I really like this board.  :P It has a realistic like while still being a good playing surface. How many figures can you typically fit on your forest CD's?

Well done! I particularly like the downed trees. I've never been in a forest that did not have them, but you rarely see them on a table.

I bought a big pack of cheap china bristle brushes at the dollar store that would be perfect for this sort of thing.

Excellent stuff, Mr Invader. I'm glad you solved your problem. We definitely need to see lots of minis fighting over your terrain  :D

That's a great tableful of scenery! The trees and bushes are especially nice - I've never managed to build a tree for wargaming that I was both satisfied with and was tough enough to handle the gaming table, but perhaps I'll take inspiration and try again!

I'd have made the banks of the river sections more irregular and a bit less canal-like, but they work nevertheless.

that is a realy interesting project and I realy wish to see more pictures of all the stuff
and    especial all the stuff on the board together.

One Idea I have is that you need a log cabin and some woodland animals I am sure you have them  :)

That is going to make for a beautiful table. Where did you get the scenic backdrop?
