Title: Does Anyone Play 15mm Trek “Away Missions”?

These awesomely painted figures made me think of the topic:

And I see that Brigade Models and CP Models both have small sets (only a few figures would be needed most times, right?) of 15mm federation-like starship crews.  There might be others too, though these are the only ones I’m aware of at the moment:

QUESTIONS
So ... what sort of games have you guys played (or envisioned playing) with those space crew figures?  Planet surface missions?  Underground mining facilities?  Spaceships and space stations?  All the above? 

And what sort of scenarios?  First contact stuff?  Bar brawls?  Peacekeeping?  Rescues?  Forced gladiatorial combat?  Something else?

And what rules for such encounters?

Finally, if you’ve painted your own crews (and terrain for them), can you please post some photos here to further inspire?  I seem to recall there might have been photos in other discussions but can’t seem to find them at the moment.

Astrominiatures, at one time had full sets of 15mm Star trek figures Romulans, Klingons plus Kirk and friends but alas was shut down due to IP reasons I believe.

I’ve used the rules and made my own.  I used GZG colonists as my Away team because Astro miniatures had stopped trading.
