Very nice miniatures ... they up for sale or did you just produce them for your own pleasure?
If they are up for sale - where do I get them?
-
They’re a bit nice!!
-
I really like these.

These figures are superb, full of character. Who makes them, please ?
-
Great sculpts,
A quick point, the Hennin on your lady was not in use till at least 1420. Primarily 13th century female head dress was a simple wimple.
Cheers
Matt

Very nice indeed. :)

Ditto ditto :). They look very useful.

Thank you for your interest in these figures and kind words about them. Now there is a small circulation of them in white metal. Tell me the delivery address and I will send them to you.
Special thanks to Matt for a constructive comment. Apparently the source of information that I used was not correct enough. I'm really sorry.

That's ok, just want to help, if you need any reference pieces or have any questions about clothing let me know.
My wife has a masters in medieval clothing and women's fabrics. We are both also medieval reenactors and make all of our clothing, it is also how we met at a medieval event, I thought she looked great in her 13th century ensemble, and me in my 14th century armour.
Cheers
Matt

These are great sculpts! Definitely something to be proud of!
Also bonus points for having a representation of a lady riding side-saddle, there's surprisingly few minis posed like that on the market!
-
Great miniatures. They deserved to be available on some web shop.
-
Thanks Leon, I have now got a set of these little beauties in my mitts.
They are very well cast with no flash at all, and will fit in well with Perry and Foundry Medieval ranges. Cannot wait to get some paint on them! :-* :-* :-* :-*
-
I would love to buy a set of these from you. Can you provide a way for me to purchase please?
Thanks - Allen

Take it away. I do not mind! ;)

WoW! Those are some great sculpts
-
Likewise great looking figures.
-
You have a well-developed sense of beauty! ;)
-
From my experience, its often the case that miniatures marketed as 13th century have a lot of anachronisms, like having 14th century style kettle or Pembroke helmets.
These, on the other hand, looks absolutely stunning and authentic imo (outside of the two noble ladies). I need these in my life :-*
-
I'm at your service. ;)
-
How do they scale with Footsore Baron's war range?
-
I tried to make these figurines on a fair 28mm scale. The difference in height of the figure of 1-2 mm corresponds to fluctuations in human height of 5-10 cm, which is absolutely normal.
Unfortunately, I have not yet acquired the beautiful Footsore figures.
-
I can post some pictures if still required
-
I would be very pleased to see that ...

I would love to see it too. I've collected all the Footsore Barons' War mini's, but I am always looking for more variaty. So it would interesting if they fit scale wise. :-)
-
Will sort tonight
I have paint two sets so far

Comparison with the Footsore Baron s war figure
-
Tym, pleased me with photographs of his work. Comparative photos of figurines can also be very useful.
Thank!
-
These figures look fantastic @Leon :-* - are you going to produce some more Baltic / Rus variants? And I will echo others comments - how do we purchase these figures do you have a website or email address?
-
Here's my Lady alongside a Footsore figure.

incredible sculpts and beautiful brushwork!
While the hennin is from about 1430, it is well done and the figures are brilliant!
I would love to buy some of them as well.
If you do War of the Roses peasants, craftsmen and unarmored nobles.

Can I ask, how many individual Rus miniatures there are please Leon?
-
lovely work, must pick up some civilians from you too Leon
cheers
Matt

Thank.
Here are all the non-combatants I've done.
There was a separate topic with Russian peasants.
In total, 12 mounted Russian soldiers and 10 foot soldiers were made.
Thanks for your support!

HI,
Here are two figurines of russian warrior made by Leon.
My picture are lousy
The figurines are very fine and full of remarkables details.... Only one problem
I wish there more models
-
This is not a very serious problem.
I keep coming back to my favorite topics. ;)
-
Leon, do you have other medieval era/subjects you are interested in sculpting for? Have anything else planned?
-
Here we remembered everything I did in the Middle Ages. I don't think my figurines are always better than figurines from other manufacturers. Therefore, I try not to touch upon those topics that are already represented by good figures.
Here you can see some more of what I did:
