Lovely figures! Crann Tara are releasing such a lot of superb figures at the moment. :)
-
They do look very fine. Nicely animated too.

I think this is happening with the French and Indian War something similar to the Vietnam War: a lot of new figures in the market!
Very fine figures, really nice, but I think the muskets are a bit too big.
-
When the average height was 5'2" they are not too big. lol lol

I'm actually going to take the bayonets off.

Lovely figures can't wait to get my hands on them and expand into Canada. I have some of CT's figures inc French Marines in my Sugar Islands collection and am looking forward to adding more.
The musket plus bayonet was 6ft plus long so 6in or so above head height. Musket on its own was 60", (longer on earlier models) and had 17in bayonet. So these are just right.

couple of pics.

And they fit with Conquest, so they are a no brainer for me as most of my French-Indians are Conquest/Warlord! These and Brigade's will come handy to beef up my French-Indian war parties!
-
Thanks for the mention guys, I should really promote my figures more!
Stuart thanks for answering the comment re Musket length - it's another Wargames myth - most companies make them too short and we've come to accept that as the truth.
Anyway as said more to come Rangers due May/June!

I clearly should have waited 10 more years since building my FIW collection. A hodge-podge of whatever was available at the time, including some of the most egregious "Hey Steve" poses to ever be set upon a gaming table.
What an embarrassment of riches available to someone new to the genre.
Superb stuff!

Here's a pic of Fife & Drum's Mohawks painted up.

Gosh those are fine figures! Dangerously tempting.

Definitely going to need some of those brilliant Mohawks and Hurons for the Saratoga Campaign!!! :)
