Looking to sort a coach ( and coachman ) for my Baron's Wars, Robin Hood games of Fistful of Lead. Any ideas and suggestions welcome :)
-
Good idea, we were discussing the very same for our FFOL games as well. I'll be very interested if anyone comes up with any suggestions as we couldn't think of any.

Hi
Have you considered the Warlord Games Roman travelling wagon, with the right paintjob it might work,Sarissa have a similar one as well. :)

I've l;ooked at both as possible stand-ins but come to a stop when i think of a coachman

A bit of Greenstuff would convert that Warlord Roman driver into a medieval driver I think?

Yep,plus, his facial expression seems suitably "oppressed" lol
-
Doesn't Colonel Bill have some carts for that period with drivers?

As that is a Hussite style War Wagon that would take quite some converting to make it look luxurious. Having said that a conversion of some description is the way you might have to go. Off the top of my head I can't think of any company that makes specific wagons of the type you mean. I even had a scan through the Mirliton site, who do a lot of 28mm Medieval dioramas but to no avail :(

It was converted from a 1st Corp Wagon.

I also did a Treasure Wagon. It probably has a better name than that. They were both made from a War wagon with parts shared between each.
