Hi,
It's time for another episode of the occasional Troops on Parade feature here at Yarkshire Gamer, a good excuse to get an entire collection on the table for a good photo and video sesh.
Today it's the turn of my 28mm Desert Italians who after a recent blitz on vehicles is now pretty much finished.
The blog link has lots more pics and a link to a YouTube video review of the army.

Bye eck!
Bloody marvellous.

Cheers everyone.
My armies do tend to start with a box of plastics and a couple of vehicles plan and ends up covering the table lol

Wow. A ridiculously large collection for 28mm. That would pretty much fill up my entire table.
Your forces look spectacular. :-)

Excellent stuff Ken - any chance of a close up of the bikes/trikes?

I am in awe. Simply gorgeous.

Now that my eyes are back in my head. That's a Great force you have bashed together there. So when can we expect some Sicilian defense force and the Italian Social Republic army to be done?
-
I suppose it was painted in a week?
Very Nice big collection!
-
Christ on a bike! That’s a very impressive collection. :-*
-
Whooa ... good grief!
-
I'm impressed with how you can crank out such quality paint jobs in such quantities! I love the early desert campaign.
-
Tis rare indeed, outside of an ‘adult’ dating site, to see so many tiny privates on parade.
-
Well thank you Carlos for causing the flushing of my nasal passages with hot tea and soaking my tablet.
-
Blimey :)

The army is built to fight two campaigns we are doing, the first one covers Op Compass 1940 - 41 and has 23 scenarios (we are up to 10) the second covers Op Crusader which covers late 1941. These figures cover every option in each scenario for the Italians (I have a British Force which is much bigger than this for the same reason and I am working on some Germans). I hope to have a massive all in game one day with everything just for the hell of it, with the help of my local club in Leeds. Below is a link to our most recent game if you haven't seen them.
