I'm slowly working on a Gorkamorka project in 6mm scale.

No, they are from Vanguard Miniatures.

I started a very similar project - not individually based though, more like small mass battle. Can’t wait to see your progress.

Fascinating. 

How will you tell who is who as the gangers improve?  Paint scheme, numbers, distinctive sculpts, micro-transmitters?

My old eyes could not handle it.

I did this many years ago (there is a picture here https://gorkamorka.co.uk/modelling/6mm-gorkamorka/) but I decided to abandon it until I got around to getting some of the Vanguard Skinnerz, since they are much nicer than the epic plastics.

I do note, however, that they have just released 3mm Skinnerz, which would be an even crazier way to do it...
