I finally managed to finish some of the minis on my table, and even take photos. This batch are all old Citadel minis, except the gobbos who are a more recent vintage.
If you want to see their backs, you'll have to go to my blog to look at them (https://miniaturefront.blogspot.com/2020/05/old-school-citadel-fantasy-minis.html). But here are the front views:

Very nice :) I have a fondness for those monopose beastmen in particular. Love the ogres too.
-
Some good looking brushwork on some classic minis!
-
Very nice. :) I dig the pattern on the plastic beastman in the left. There's only so much we can do with these figures, so you gotta get a bit creative. :D Good stuff.

Great use of some unusual colours.
-
great stuff.
like the colour palettes you've used, and the captions on your blogpost pictures.
-
Beautiful artwork , love the older fantasy figures.
-
Nice job, great choice of colours - particularly like the Ogres
:)
-
And very nice they are too. Lovely colour palette.

Got a few more fantasy minis done and photographed.

A very nice collection with a unique look.

Great colours on these.

I painted a few Dwarves (5, Oathmark), a single Beastman (Citadel), and a pack mule (Citadel). Here are the Dwarves trying to recover their mule from a currently very unfriendly Beastman:

I have a few more pictures on my blog (http://'https://miniaturefront.blogspot.com/2020/07/the-five-dwarves-mule-and-beastman.html').

I guess if I update my painting blog once a year that's still progress, right?
Anyways, I painted some minis and posted pictures on my blog (https://miniaturefront.blogspot.com/2021/04/vikings-and-gaels-and-harpies-dwarf.html).
I painted some Harpies (Foundry)

And some Celtos Gaels and an Oathmark Dwarf wizard

I also painted some vikings and Normans, but they're over in the appropriate subforum.

I really like those harpies. All minis painted very nicely though.
-
Nice additions :)
-
Nice figures. Good mix of subjects and colour themes.
-
lovely stuff- I missed your update middle of last year, so really pleased to catch-up.
I like the Celtos figures - got a bunch myself recently.

Yeah, I really do like the Celtos minis too. I have a bunch of them in the "at least they're primed" pile.
Nice figures. Good mix of subjects and colour themes.
Thanks! For a lot of them, I think they may get RPG use where being able to refer to them as "the blue one" and "the albino one" is an important use case.

No school like the old school 👍🏼
Lovely work

Long time no paint (and thus no post), but here are a Bronze Age Mini Dwarf and a few Oathmark skeletons I painted:

The Dwarf warrior's chance of survival very much depends on a) how tough skeletons are in the system the battle is resolved in; and b) whether she's a hero or not.

A few more pics on my blog (https://miniaturefront.blogspot.com/2022/04/dwarf-vs-skeletons.html).
... on the upside, I did get a bunch of priming done so maybe that's a positive indication for the future.
