Hi, fellow cultists, I'm gazing at the Cthulhu Wars NODENS model, which really knocks me sideways, and thinking about painting it. But I'm thoroughly intimidated by the task, and don't have that crucial spark of inspiration.
I'll bet Duff or another otherworldly-talented painter has applied their genius to this model, but I've yet to see any photos of painted examples.
Where should I be looking? Got a link? Would you be kind enough to photograph and post your own work here?
I will be immensely grateful for any guidance.
Sincerely - - - Chick

I guess nobody admires that figure except myself.

That is an interesting model. Very chaotic and busy. Strange to see no images of painted figures or even artwork in a google search. Too new?
Maybe dusty dirty look for the wrappings with multiple mostly alien skin colors on the various arms etc?

Some of us are probably not familiar with the figure. Care to post a pic?

Wow. I'm not sure how I'd paint him either...

Thanks for the support, I guess I'll just need to 'wing it'.

Nodens' is Lord of the Abyss; I would paint in a dark monochromatic way, have a look at Blaspbemia's fantasy thread for inspiration :)
