Greetings...
My daughter and I recently had a little Songs of Drums and Shakos lockdown skirmish game...
It was a simple foraging scenario with only six men a side...
We used Texts,Email and FaceTime with some additional visuals from Photoshop...
It proved to be very enjoyable and we will no doubt give it another go... possibly with bigger forces.
I came second...

I tend to assume that as soon as you say you're playing against your daughter. ;)
But more importantly; Dino dice?
-
Yes... The results are getting a bit predictable lol
Mharaid has a set of dice with a Dinosaur on each side representing the different numbers...
They have been very good for her... but just occasionally the Dino Dice fail her... :D

Excellent battle report.
I can't get my head around not playing against someone.
Great to see you enjoyed yourself.
Can't go wrong playing games with your children.

Thank you...
Virtual Wargaming isn’t perfect but in the current situation it’s better than nothing...
Of course there’s no going out for dinner together and we don’t sit up late watching movies afterwards...
Something to look forward to... :)

Good AAR. Thanks for posting!
The ‘Song of...’ Rules are my preferred set for small Napoleonic skirmishes.

Thank you...
Brian... I really enjoy wargaming with my daughter...years of online tactical and role play gaming combined with working in the games industry has made her a cunning and dangerous opponent... she also has the luck of the devil.
Captain Darling... I am a big fan of the ‘Song of ‘ rules...
We are thinking of using them for the basis of some Ancients skirmish games.
All the best. Aly
