Title: Do Front Rank, Perry and Foundry Russians mix?
Post by: trev on June 13, 2020, 09:14:27 AM
Hi all,

I'm looking at starting some Russian Napoleonics. I like the Front Rank reinforcement packs, particularly the great coat packs, so I was wondering how well they mix with the Foundry or Perry figures.

Can anyone comment?

Thanks.

Thanks Cram. They look okay but the guys on TMP said the differences were quite big.

I've found this link now too.

Personally I wouldn't mix the Front Rank with Perry, or anything else. Different sculpting style and the FR figs are more thick and stocky looking to me. The Perry plastics are good for big forces. However, if you want greatcoated Russians, then that might be your best choice. It all depends on what you want to do.

Thanks Arkoudaki.  More thought is required for now.
