The Crossover airship kits are beautiful MDF models that go together easily and paint up really nicely. Here are pics of their Omira which I outfitted as a Space 1889 Martian Hullcutter, and their Aberdeen which I outfitted as HMS Dauntless. The figures are from RAFM, painted by Fernando Enterprises, and the ordinance is from The Virtual Armchair General. Now all I need is a table (or a floor) big enough to play a game on

Good looking ships you have there.

Gorgeous!

Sweet!
I have a couple of their kits that have been in the basement for a few years, and just this week marked them as 'next' and pulled them up to the surface. Can't wait to dive into them.

very nice stuff :-* :-* :-* :-*

Beautiful! Now you just need a gymnasium so you'll have enough room for a game!

Those are beautiful. When GDW was still in business we played in their warehouse.

Fantastic work! That's a great advertisement for the range too :D

Yay! I've never seen another one painted besides mine! Looks good - and I think we found the same file to print for banners!
-
Excellent work!
I see that crossover have two base options - economy and display. Is your clear base one of those or your own?
-
Very cool! Great work!
-
Thanks everyone for the nice comments!
Bollix, the clear base is Crossover’s display base. Their economy base is the same size and shape but made from MDF.
Sinewgrab, how about posting some pics of yours?
-
Oh, it's been seen here before.

Is yours still in the box, Beast? I seem to recall something to that effect...

Back in the box. Got the fore section together, rather shabby looking, and, in a fit of frustration, put it back.
I pull it out now and then, but just can't seem to get any further.
