is not a very common topic on most forums, but I thought i'd have a go at making some replacements for the 2D cardstock stuff you get with Man O War:

Brilliant work!

great. I have a soft spot in my heart for Man O' War. Nice to see.
-
Wow, those look excellent! I expect they’ll add a lot to the game experience when you play.
-
Nicely done :)
-
Lovely! there's always a need for more fantasy naval stuff :)
-
Very cool indeed.

Lovely!

Yeah, scenarios are already forming around certain terrain pieces!
-
Wow. Those are really beautifully done.

Does that correspond more closely to 15mm, 10mm or 6mm figures? My guess would be 6mm or smaller.
-
Very nice!
Man O War scenery is fun to do. The village and castle pieces from Mighty Empires work great for it too.

I went with brigade models stuff which is similar I size to my Langton 1/1200th stuff so around 2/3mm

The official GW models are no particular scale. When folks mix in other ships from historical ranges, 1/1200 works well for most ship types in the game, down to 1/600 for Dwarven ironclads.

Aren't the Brigade Models small scale scenery stuff fun to work with?
These look great, I'm sorely tempted to do 2mm or 3mm fantasy (or maybe 1/1200 fantasy naval) just because you could do such awesome dramatic fantasy scenery in that tiny scale.
Nice to see more really small scale stuff here on LAF!

Yeah true, and 1/1200 isnt a perfect match (a little too small in my opinion) but its close enough for me :)

thanks, and yeah, im sorely tempted to buy more of the Brigade stuff even though i have no immediate plans for it, and whilst putting together the settlements I was picturing a 4x6' board covered with this stuff and how awesome it could look.
Im now on the verge of placing an order for Microworlds new 3mm fantasy stuff which are better than many 6mm minis ive seen!

Wonderful! Are there any supported rules out there that allow for fantasy fleet actions?
-
IW Nic produced Faire Winds and Foul Tides which is a fantasy expansion for his Galleys and Galleons rules

Really nice and characterful terrain! Really like the submerged ruins.
-
They look great. I should make some something similar for my ancient fleets.
