I am a long time player of Shadowrun and Cyberpunk in general. I have recently picked up the Realities' Edge game from Osprey and having a read through of the rules. It seems interesting enough and I am willing to give it a go!
However, Cyber-punk minis do not seem to be "en vogue" and I have only found a handful, mostly old Ral Partha (?) Shadowrun models and some one-off Reapers. There are plenty of Post-Apoc, but a lot fewer Cyber-punk models.
Anyone care to point me to some good lines or even individual minis?

Reaper have some in their Chronoscope line that should work. They do a Cyber Troll if you want more of a Shadowrun vibe. Hasslefree do a couple of Dwarves that are less military looking than most of their stuff.
I have plans to convert Necromunda figures using Elf heads from MaxMini, but some of the Necromunda figures, especially the enforcers, should work out the box.
Conversions are probably your best bet. I did a whole bunch earlier in the year - detailed here (https://leadadventureforum.com/index.php?topic=122355.0). I have painted most of them, so really need to update that thread.
I have wondered about the Ral Partha figures, but I'm concerned about the size of them, given their age ???
I'm curious to see what other folk come up with.

There should be something useful in the Infinity range.

I can't believe I forgot about Infinity o_o The newer figures are definitely bigger than the old ones, but they still work
I forgot to mention Heresy earlier - link (https://heresyminiatures.com/shop/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=2_15). They have gangers and quite a few other suitable figures
Hasslefree Grymm (which was a name I couldn't remember earlier) are here (http://hfminis.co.uk/shop?category=sci%252dfi-%26%0D%0Aweird-war~grymn-command)

The Human interface board games (Nakamura Tower and Be a Better Human) by Postindustial games have a bunch of fairly decent cyberpunk models. It might be worth having a look for those on ebay etc.

I have a load of Shadowrun figures that will probably never get painted. Give me a shout if interested.

Just purchased a handful from an Etsy seller:

Scroll through the offerings until you reach the cyberpunk figs. They're resin prints, quite nice. Nice enough that mine are primed and in the queue.

I've painted quite a lot of Cyberpunk models (also got a thread HERE (http://leadadventureforum.com/index.php?topic=63144.msg759524#msg759524)). My favorites:
1. East Riding Miniatures: super cheap, awesome retro look, paint up very well - LINK (https://shop.eastridingminiatures.co.uk/erm-25-11-c.asp)
2. Foundry's Street Violence: nice models, weapons and lots of choice too LINK (https://www.wargamesfoundry.com/collections/street-violence)
3. MERCS Recon: not the best sculpts, but great vibe and they have some of the best security guards and civilians. OOP though. LINK (https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/megacongames/mercs-recon)
4. Hasslefree Miniatures: Kev White always makes cool stuff LINK (https://www.hfminis.co.uk/)
5. Heresy miniatures: lots of character and great options too LINK (http://www.heresyminiatures.com/shop/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=2)
6. Mantic's Star Saga: has excellent security guards and troopers and scientists. LINK (https://www.manticgames.com/games/star-saga/minions/corporation-minion-booster/)
7. Unit 9 Patreon. The guys from the Human Interface kickstarters. They now offer monthly models to be 3d printed. These give the best results and are fantastic. LINK (https://www.patreon.com/unit9/posts)
8. Fate Amenable to Change. Formerly sold by Antenociti Workshop. Fantastic models. LINK (https://www.fate-amenable-to-change.co.uk/product-category/figures/)
9. Black Site Studios. Well known for their scenery, but they are doing awesome cyberpunk stuff too. LINK (https://blacksitestudio.com/miniatures/)
10. And finally EM4Miniatures/Moonraker Miniatures. Great retro stuff. LINK (http://moonrakerminiatures.com/groups/future_skirmish.php)
