Title: Greetings to you all

Long time lurker, I finally made an account.
I am the Golem, from France (I live in the region of Brittany). Like everyone here, I am a miniature enthusiast and I probably collect far too many of them for my own good.

I really enjoy to play fantasy games (sci-fi and history games are less my cup of tea).

At the moment, the two games I play the most are Carnevale (the skirmish game set in Venice) and Frostgrave (that I transposed in an egyptian fantasy setting because I just love Ancient Egypt).

Otherwise, I occasionally play other games such as Age of Sigmar, Anima Tactics, Sage: Age of Magic, Song of Blades & Heroes.

Glad to hear it! You can already take a look at it on my blog (https://legolemquireve.wordpress.com/sandgrave/) (although it's written in french). My friends and I are approaching the end of our Frostgrave/Sandgrave campaign (2 games left) and we plan to move onto Rangers of Shadow Deep while keeping the fantasy-egyptian background (playing co-operatively really appeals to us). When that time comes, I will open a topic to tell about our adventures. :)

I’m off to look at your blog and question my ability to remember what French i thought I knew. This is an excellent and welcoming forum but it won’t help you limit or control your ~~habit~~ hobby.

I usually attend "Ferrer en Jeux" games festival, every year in Rennes, for a demo game. Next one will take place on January 16th 2021 (if not cancelled for sanitary reasons).
