Title: Need the manufacturer's name for my resin 'Bloody Tongue' model

My flaky memory has misfiled the sculptor/manufacturer's name for the lovely resin-cast 'Bloody Tongue' miniature I'm now ready to paint. 

Please help me out and remind me !
