Title: Help with identifying a miniature

It’s a Warlord Games mini.

Possibly Judge Dredd or Strontium Dog related. Any help greatly appreciated in identifying this chap.

It was a teaser figure for the original "Beyond the Gates of Antares" kickstarter before Warlord got involved.  Sculpted by Kev White of Hasslefree:

I came into possession of one without knowing what it was.

He doesn’t fit with anything I do so I’ll be looking to re-home him.

The kickstarter flopped. It was written by Priestly and I think had a few other links to Warlord.
