Nice!

You really have picked up the slack in many areas of ACW minis.
Great work and must start adding your sculpts.
-
Thank you very much for your comments !!!
I am very pleased that you are interested in my modest work.
Soon there will be figures of the wounded and killed and figures of Union soldiers

Excellent work.

Thank you very much for your comments on my humble work!
Further there will be a continuation !!!

Very nice indeed.

It’s clear you referred to a drill manual, as you have cannoneers 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 in the correct positions, and performing their assigned roles. Very well done! You may be the only sculptor that has done this.
If I have a complaint, it would probably be the hat on cannoneer 2. It gives the casting a cavalier Wild West look that just seems out of place. It would be nice to see him in a forage cap. Although the cavalry was never very fond of their yellow branch of service color, the artillery jealously hung onto their red as long as it was available. A forage cap would provide another way to add red to the crew.

Thank you very much for your comments.
I never understood why the Fkrmers who joined the Confederate Army did not wear hats like they did in the wild west.
I took ideas from this picture.
Thank you for the idea about the cap! I will try to do this as one of the options.

Very nice indeed.
Paul
Thanks

I agree, and it gives him a reenactor look. But they are otherwise excellent figures and a joy to paint!
-
Extra Bio.....please confirm which figure seems out of place.
Thank you.

Hi, Dmitri;
Per the drill manual, cannoneer number two; the bareheaded artilleryman holding the next round. As I mentioned previously, it gives the casting a “Wild West” look. But this is just my opinion. Working an ACW field piece is a hot, sweaty, nasty job, especially if you are working around the muzzle, as cannoneer number two would be. I would think wearing a hat or cap would be preferable, if only to keep sweat out of your eyes.
I’m not a big fan of the print you used as a reference. For example, I highly doubt a mounted artilleryman at full gallop over uneven terrain could hold a pipe in his mouth without losing it or breaking a tooth 😉. So there is a lot of artistic license in use.
Once again, all this is just my opinion, nothing more.

Thank you very much for your comment.
I'll make a confederate gunner in a cappy!
So the continuation of the story about light artillery ...
This time the Union!

Some more excellent jobs here! Very realistic wounded and dead, congrats! And the horse looking at his fallen master... Great!
-
I'm liking those poses a lot! A great addition to what's available. I especially like some of those artillerists and the wounded horse lying on its side, with the head up. Seems like we only get horses being well and running around or dead horses, but never anything in between.
-
when can I add these figures to my Armies?
-
Excellent figures
-
Thank you very much for your comments and attention to this work.
I do not know when these figures will be on sale, but I hope it will be clear by the beginning of 2021
Thank you all very much.
Well, in the future !!!
Yankees with Henry's rifles!

When you get ready to do the Union troops with Henry repeaters, check out the Don Troiani print called “DeGress’ Battery.” It shows the 66th Illinois armed with Henry’s.

How about some Wheat's Tigers as they appeared in 1862 for the Valley Campaign and the Seven Days?

I am sure that's because instinctively we don't like to see animals suffering and the sculptor won't enjoy sculpting them.
