Title: Uncharted Seas - fleets in progress
Post by: Vanvlak on August 16, 2009, 03:35:53 PM
Many Uncharted Seas threads seem to have exceeded their 'best before' date and come with a warning:
Warning: this topic has not been posted in for at least 120 days.
Unless you're sure you want to reply, please consider starting a new topic.

So I obediently created a new topic. Back in 2008 I claimed I was interested in this - I took my time, but last month I purchased a Dragon Lords fleet and 3 Dwarf ships (bolstered by a conversion to a total of 4). Here are the paint test ships for each fleet.

Very nice. I like the maps you shot them on as well.

I've been thinking about starting a fleet to play with one of the local groups. Once they can run me through a test game I will know which one.

Thanks Operator - it's a reproduction, of course. One of a series of map reproductions produced by The Old Map Company, printed on nice almost-parchment and sold at very reasonable prices. This is 'The Invasions of England, Wales and Ireland, the original being from 1610.
