Title: SoBH campaign rules with ASoBH rules

There shouldn't be any problems using the campaign rules from Songs of Deeds and Glory with the Advanced SoBH rules should there?

I don't think there would be.

Though I'd suggest using the internal ones for the ASOBH campaign book ones
