I'd like to wish you all a Merry Christmas and/or Happy Holiday (as you prefer). I have been deployed in Africa for the last 5 months with 1 more to go. I have missed both my children's birthdays, Halloween, Thanks Giving, Christmas, and New Years. But one thing I am thankful for is getting to brows this forum every single day and see all the amazing work you fine people have accomplished, even through the worst parts of the global pandemic. Our hobby community is awesome and I look forward to seeing what other inspiring work you all post in the new year.

Merry Christmas! There are many downsides to social media and t'internet, but LAF is most certainly not one of them. It's great to hear that you've been using it like this. I can personally say that the daily link with the gaming community has helped to keep me sane this year!

In a lot of ways this year has been a big sack of shit, but the judgement-free normality of being able to escape in here, as a fully grown adult who loves to play with toys among other fully grown adults who love to play with toys, has been like taking a swim in the ocean. It's good to just wash reality off every now and then and slip the mind into fizzy fun stuff.
I wish everyone the best 2021 it could be.
