Blog about the solo scenario book from Charles S Grant, 'programmed wargames scenarios'. What is it and could it be good?

Let us know how you get on. I have the book and like you have yet to use it.

That’s a pretty good overview. I bought the 2nd edition this past summer, almost as soon as it was released (I had been looking for a reasonably priced used copy for about five years - if ‘Scenarios for Wargames’ is ever re-released I’ll do the same with it!). I haven’t played through any of the scenarios yet, but even reading the opening chapters and the synopses gave me lots to consider (it is a challenge not to cave in to the temptation to read the programmer entries and spoil the scenarios, though!)
I was happy with the book, even if I don’t play all the scenarios.
