Not looking for a board or card game, but minis tabletop. This genre seems pretty underserved or am I missing titles? I’m only aware of Fistful of Kung Fu as the closest. I also don’t see a lot of minis lines out there to support this type of setting?
Can anyone point me to what all is out there?

I read the title of this thread and thought of Fistful of Kung Fu which you're already aware of. Another that you might be interested in is Wild in the Streets by Slow Death Games which has miniatures for various factions such as punk rockers and skinheads.
I spent a good part of my early teens playing the Streets of Rage games.

you could look at something like rumbleslam from ttcombat or Boxed from lucid eye, both resting/boxing games that could be adapted to that style of fight.

There is also Aggro from Ainsty Castings:

Currently out of print, but hopefully only temporarily....?
I haven't played it myself but it looks like an unarmed gangfight ruleset, so may be more of what you are looking for?

There’s some good martial arts fighters at Hasslefree and East Riding Miniatures, if that helps?

I have no idea on rules, but Hasslefree and Crooked Dice have a number of useful figures.

Crooked Dice Ninja surround Hasslefree's Pulse (who does not shoot lasers out of her eyes...).

Pulp Alley, although not specifically for this setting are very flexible.

The Hasslefree minis look great, but I've read a lot about folks having issues with their orders. Has everything smoothed out over there?

Rules wise, you could try Street Wars NYC from Funky Skull Games. They're created by Iain McDonald of Flags of War fame, pretty sure he posts on here and would be more than happy to answer any questions. There's also a FB page for the rules.

Yeah Street Wars has MVP Characters you could use as main characters vs the ganger types.
In fact I am sure someone did a supers mod for it so you could do Batman vs Mooks

The cover to Mean Streets - actually drawn by one of my 7th grade students using my miniatures which she found pictures of online lol
I felt the same way a few years back...tempted to do street gang miniatures battles, but not really seeing a rules set devoted to them. I wrote, playtested and published my own rules - Mean Streets: War in Gang-infested Cites. Check out our website with links to some battle reports. If you're on Facebook, there is also a page devoted to the rules with regular conversation about figs and such.
Here's the link to the First Command Wargames site:

I've also posted a few times under the Pulp heading - including a new one I just started featuring some of my gangs. Feel free to ask any questions about the rules. Good luck!
