I am on the hunt for a figure option that would represent a type of creature like this:
I want them for use in 28mm, but as they are described in the game as half the size of a Halfling or Goblin I think a 15mm figure would probably work.
I know of 28mm range figures like GW snotlings and the old RP/TSR lesser goblins which are about the sort of size I need but these things are supposed to be hairy and more dog or possibly ape vibe.
Does anyone do original D&D Kobolds now? True ones not the Lizardkin versions?

Reaper does various "horned dog" kobolds that look more like the original Monster Manual versions than lizardmen. There are two or three different types in Bones.

This type of figures are a little outside my expertise, but maybe some type of 15mm cavemen might work.
Rebel Miniatures has 2 codes:
Cavemen https://www.rebelminis.com/15mmcavemen.html
Monkey boys. https://www.rebelminis.com/15mmmonkeyboys.html
Rebel Miniatures doesn’t ship to the UK, right now (they’re getting VAT, etc set up). They don’t mention Spain, so ordering might be okay for you. There might be other 15mm primitives available from other manufacturers, though.
Alternatively, another variety of 15mm primitive that might work is the Picts, from Copplestone Castings.

Good luck with your hunt!

Otherworld has a bunch of old school Kobolds that are 15-18mm high.

Assuming that Otherworld are doing them in 2021, I recommend getting a bronze voucher to spend. Last year, a £50 voucher would buy you £65 of product.

There are a fair few 15mm options from Magister Militum:

These are photos from the site, but I have some of them (ghouls, orcs, ratmen, mongeese), so could provide scale shots of those if that would help.

Also, if you'd take pig over dog, these guys are bang on scale and are certainly hairy enough. They're 15mm RPE beastmen:

It looks fantastic. Hoping to get my group to play once things have returned to normal.
