Title: Suggestions for Alien Tribal leaders

So with the upcoming release of IHMN 2 I am looking for a new warband to create. I thought it might be fun for my existing warbands to travel to Mars and I was going to use the North Star Alien Tribe miniatures.

Sadly the set only has grunts and no leaders or support models.

Does anyone know of a good set of supporting models to go with them? Things like a war leader, wizard/psychic or perhaps some ranged weapons?

Have a look at Ironclad Miniatures Victorian Sci-Fi ranges.
You could:-
Use the Turbaned headed ones as a warrior class & the North Star ones as Helots.
Do some head swaps amongst the Ironclad & North Star figures & use them all together.
Mix in some of their Sand People as lepers.

Great thing with fiction, you can do what you want.

OMG!  Those look amazing.  They really do remind me of the aliens (Irdans) in Outpost Gamma’s artwork.

Excellent.  I only wish they were 15mm or 18mm tall.  :)

PS.  As to your problem, I would get a second set and start doing some conversions on them.  Add collars with tiny skulls or bones.  Add armbands, feathers or leather caps, or add a headdress like the Red Crown of Lower Egypt (left):

Loathe as I am to recommend Games Workshop. How about a Kroot Shaper as a leader, maybe a Tau Ethereal as a mystic?

Fantasy stuff can work quite well ? My tribes leader is some Undead/Evil Barbarian from Reaper.

That actually matches pretty well!

A cape or an animal skin, maybe a European Musket or rifle can draw attention to a leader. It doesn't need to be something major

Seconded.  I'd convert some of the existing figs with a weapon swap, maybe some added jewelry.  Perhaps a unique shield, or at least a unique pattern on one of the existing ones?
