Does anyone make an M54 6ton Truck in 28mm?

Alex, are you wanting this for Vietnam era? Or ultramodern?

Someone posted about these trucks on eBay listed as 1/64 but they work well with 28mm figures as illustrated by the photo with Baker Company miniatures.

Yes, here is some size comparison between the 1/50 Solido Kaiser Jeep and the WPL 1/64 from eBay and a picture with figs

OK, I see the company is WPL, a Chinese company.
The price isn't bad.

they are m35's not m54, it is much bigger
does it have to be a 5 ton 6x6?

Actually, the overall dimensions for the 5 ton M39 series, which included the M54 isn’t that much different from the 2.5 ton M34/ 35 series, about a foot in length and a few inches in height and width. Probably about the same difference as a 1/48 vs a 1/50 model.

That said I don’t know of anyone who does a dedicated M54 and that 1/64 toy looks tiny.
