Title: Are strange aeons and von unaussprechlichen kulten compatible?

Are they separate games or can they be used with each other?

They are separate games, but use the same mechanics, so you can use the Kulten profiles against your SA agents.

Thanks. I assume as separate games there may be some balance issues and/or minor rules conversion work needed to fully adapt them to play against each other?

The campaign rules are totally different so I'm not sure that'd gel, but they use the same base points, so in theory there shouldn't be any issues with a Kulten Cult fighting a SA Threshold team.
