This half of my Saxon warbands for Dux Bellorum
-
Very nice.
Footsore and Gripping Beast? Nice to see you went for larger shields. 👍
Together they make a great shieldwall.
I found Dux B to be an excellent game, especially if you limit the additional leadership points. The fewer points, the harder it is to avoid all the hits.

Absolutely super. Loving the group basing and mix of minis!
-
Superb looking shieldwall

Just boys!!
The other half of the Saxons are painted, I just need to based them up

Brilliant work, as usual mate!
-
I love those shields! Doing units is ok, but I have a helluva time coming up with individual designs for most every figure (which is why my 6mm Daciansd never got painted). So congrats on this great looking war band.
-
good grief- hadn't realised the shields were freehand! Amazing.
-
Excellent buildings. They will be worth fighting over.
