Title: A blast from 45 years ago - Hinchliffe John Carter figures
Post by: dadlamassu on March 22, 2021, 05:54:05 PM
I finally got around to clearing the Wargames Room and for the past week or so I have been sorting boxes, repairing figures, counting them, photographing them and really enjoying the nostalgia.  Today I reached some very dusty boxes at the very back of the storage shelves.

In the boxes were my long forgotten Hichliffe John Carter of Mars (Barsoom) figures (excuse the photo quality).  I am sure that there are a few more character figures somewhere.  Now what to do with them?  I have Parroom Station ones somewhere too!

I'm sure my brother bought (probably still has) some
of these. Purchased at a show held in Chelsea town hall.
I recall him being very pleased to get a Thoat
cheap as the rider was missing. When he got home he realised
the only way to get a rider was to buy another Thoat.

Thanks for the nostalgia.
