I created the figures of a woman with a treat.
These are figures to make the battle as fierce and fierce as possible. The winner will be the first to enter the city will receive a treat from beautiful ladies. The loser will get the candy wrappers !!!
There is something to fight for ;-)

Great stuff!
Edit: reminds me of when Stonewall's troops marched through Frederick, during their invasion of Maryland in 1862. It was the unionist part of the state. A myth grew up about the old lady Barbara Fritchie defying his troops. The meat of the long, long poem follows:
"'Shoot, if you must, this old gray head, But spare your country's flag,' she said...
'Who touches a hair of yon gray head Dies like a dog! March on! he said."
I hear what actually happened is a comely young woman stood by the street with a union cockade pinned to her bosom. A rag-tag Reb called out "Look out! We're used to storming breastworks!" This was followed by a volley of laughs, not shots..

Have you decided yet if/when the sets are going to be available?
-
Yes, we expect to have this out in the fall.
-
These are brilliant!
-
Great looking figures. There are never enough civilians.
-
Must say Khmorg, it is refreshing to see figures of women that look like real poeple, not bionic bimbos.
-
Thank you all very much for your comments and attention to the work.
I'm really trying. It is very important for me to convey that these are women ... Even when their bodies are completely hidden by dresses.

I've had this thread open in a tab for a few days now, but just now realized that I forgot to reply! Yup, the civilans (and the little dioramas in general) are great; and I'll second syrinx0's sentiments on civilians!

Amen to that.

Sorry I haven't posted on this sooner - great figures!
The women with the goodies remind of my first AWI reenactment - 225th anniversary of Saratoga in 2002. They had young women in period garb tending to the "wounded", which I had become. They had baskets with Cokes and KitKat candy bars to tend our wounds... :D
