Welcome.

Actually pretty much anything goes, just try to stick to the theme of the subforum you are posting in.

Explicit posts exist... I would just recommend putting a NSFW warning in the title of the post.

The biggest no no from what I have seen is bringing contemporary politics into things, although some folks sail pretty close to the wind and get away with it. I certainly have had posts locked and/or removed by mods for sailing too close to the wind and ending up in irons.

As someone with failing eyesight, I appreciated your 'large print' intro. Meant I didn't need to grab my glasses. Maybe it should be the standard size font for the forum.

Posting pornographic images on the site isn't allowed, but photos of naked figures are fine. We have plenty of ancient Celts, Greeks and African tribesmen running around the forum with their tackle out, and that is expected (and encouraged, by some members). If the naked figures are 'at it' like those puppets in Team America World Police, then a NSFW warning would be a good plan.

In the About Forum (at the top of the main page somewhere), there is a thread that lists all the rules that have evolved over the years. Check it out if you are worried about making a faux-pas.

And finally, welcome!
