Hi,
I am thinking of buying some Punic gripping beast minis. My question is what are the castings like and what other manufacturers mix well with them?

Clean, minimal flashing, the horses I got with the Celts were basically the same as Crusader horses, should mix well with Crusader and later Foundry ranges though infantry slighter smaller. I'm hoping they re-release the Boudica in chariot set, she's a real "beauty".

Can't comment on those particular figs but Roger at The Beast is one of the best casters in the business.

The Carthaginians are a very solid range. I read that most of their Carthaginian era line were refurbished with new moulds in 2018 so the quality should be high.

I love them, great figures, expensive now plastic alternatives are available but but favourites of mine.
