While convalescing from my Covid jab I've managed to throw some paint on this beast finally: Hanomag SS100 to tow my Luftwaffe 8.8cm
3d Resin print of this file: https://www.wargaming3d.com/product/hanomag-ss100/

Vey well done Rich! Got me the file together with your Vomag Flakbus. Only need to turn on the old printer now... ::)
-
That's a very cool looking machine.
-
I agree, very cool! I can see it racing for pink slips!
-
Never seen one of those before. It almost has a modern look to it.
-
Luftwaffe used them for dragging 8.8cm flak guns around. not sure how common they were,

I can't find a production number at the moment but the various 2WD and 4WD variants were reasonably frequently photographed, with many being originally in civilian use. Apparently they were also produced post war for the French army.

Nicely done!
Re-inventing the wheel of course but nicely done.
