Title: AEG/L5R/Valiant Clan Wars
Post by: Bravo Six on April 30, 2021, 01:09:32 PM
I came across this decent collection of pics from Miniset, showing the vast majority of single figures Valiant Enterprises produced after they briefly took over the license and masters of the AEG/L5R Clan War minis.

It appears to be one of the few left online showing these figures. Ages ago there was a site that had every figure and pack photo from all the clans and it was really well done. But that was 2010-ish and it seems to have disappeared.

I think that was it! Good find HunLion. Thanks for that. Shame all the links to the pics are broken.

It is very hard to find pictures of all of the Clan War miniatures released.

I have been looking for them for awhile now.

The Stuff of Legends site has some on.Might be worth trying to get pictures to them for the site of one's which are missing.

Also remember that Reaper did some of the figures too.

Yes, I remember when Reaper released some. I think it was L5R or Bushido was the line. It's so long ago.

I saw that Valiant released a single Iawa Inquisitor figure. I remember when these came in a pack. There was 4 or 5 poses. I can't remember what I did with that pack, nor the Ki Rin War Dogs.  :'(

Been looking for the Shinjo Mosaku figure for a while now.  L5R figures sometimes come up on Ebay (usually for enormous premiums), but have never seen that figure.  Good figure for a senior Hatamoto or commander.  Metternich and I have most of the Shadowland Goblins and Ogres (you can see one of the Ogres, painted up as an Oni, on Metternich's board), which are a hoot.  We are somewhat picky about the L5R figures, as some make excellent samurai and the armor of others is far too fantasy for our tastes.
