I’ll second that...the CD range has plenty of options, and the head swops, and additional weapon sprues that are available give even more variety.

The wizkids HeroClix line had some decent SWAT officers that look better with a repaint. You might find some cheap ones.

The CD ones are very nice with lots of options.  Studio has a small set as well.
