Title: ordering from DIXON?

Any isssues at the moment with them? I don't seem to be aving much luck contacting them and on their site it says don't start worrying for 2 week - it been closer to 3 now and I'sent emails that have gone unanswered.

I have no problem if there i a wait - I would jusst like to know

Never had any issues, but there is an interview in the latest WI that comments about delivery times, and points out that some items need to be cast to order which can delay things by a few days.
There are only 2 of them there - husband & wife team.

Also, we had a bank holiday last week, they may have taken a long weekend off?

They may have had a rush of orders since the interview shone a spotlight on them?

That makes alot of sense

I'll stand down for a bit longer then - just a little nervous after my Bridgeminatures order went south

I ordered figures from them on 28/4 and received them just over a week later.

No issues with them before, probably holidays.

There is a number on their webpage to call.

I ordered on the 28th too
