I got together with Martin for a face-to-face game of Chain of Command using the Blitzkrieg supplement.
I took 1939 British and he took second wave Germans.
We played the Attack and Derfend scenario from the main rulebook.

Much fun was had as we re-familiarised ourselves with the rules.

Excellent photos.
Love the terrain and figures.
-
Great terrain - a very pastoral feel to it. Well, except for the gunfire, explosions, and men and vehicles milling about... :D
Speaking of men and vehicles, they look great too!

Good looking game :-* :-* :-* :-* :-* :-*

Martin and I had another warm-up game

Don't blame you for taking lots of pics of the terrain in the second game- looks great!
I read and enjoyed both your game reports.
-
Nice set ups & AARs.
Once again, thanks for posting.
-
Love the terrain.
Outstanding.
-
Very nice! I hope there will be more!
-
Thanks all.
Terrain has been a joint effort, though I think there is more of Martin's work then mine...
I hope there will be more!
We're intending to play through the "Fighting Withdrawal" Campaign from the TFL Summer Special.
Just giving the Covid a bit more chance to die down before we crack on.
