I am really enjoying seeing everyone's interpretation of what to do with the system. My younger son (23)and I (61) are having a blast and I have not been this inspired for many years.
My latest efforts:- NB.the robot was painted over 40 years ago and has just had a little update ;D
You may think me mad to do this game in a forgotten scale 25 mm scifi but if you see the third photo you will realize why ( this is without the various SG2 forces I have painted) also have approx 200 more to paint - oh the madness.

Quite the collection. Are there a couple of GZG's more, ah, clothed Gentlemen's Collectible figs in that mix? I take it you Stargrunt stuff's the bigger 25/28mm stuff, not the 15mm Jon's been concentrating on?

With my 15 year old daughter being one of the gamers, one has to be selective ,clever with a paint brush and green stuff lingerie.
The ladies in the first group are : Crofty- GZG, Ellen Louise - Denizen, famous blue raincoat - Denizen. Bearded Gamer with cup of Joe- GZG, Nikto- west end games, Blue robot - Citadel spacefarers, small blonde dude- unknown.
Some of these have been sat around for years but other like the Denizen are recent lockdown reorders after last ordering20+ years ago - still good castings!
Always on the lookout for 25mm scifi, traveller, starwars and cyberpunk figures.
The stargrunt collection was originally 25mm, however I then found the upper limitations to SG2 so i reverted back to G-Cav the original GZG rules.
To get the quantities and scale in 15mm, wrote a 30th anniversary expanded edition and gamed upto battalion size(1-1).

Some loot tokens I knocked up out of the lead/resin pile

GZG's 15mm crates and containers do make nice 28mm objective markers, don't they? Just big enough to look like they'd be seriously encumbering but not so big they don't look like their contents wouldn't be man-portable.
Look good in their native scale too, though.

I like them a lot for both scales.
I'm even thinking about putting them inside some of these 3d printed cases with separate lids that are available to make crews stop and have to search for the loot.
