Photos of a recent WW2 game.
June 6th 1944 D Day.
D Company 6th Btn Green Howards. Company Commander Major Ronnie Lofthouse, CSM Stanley Hollis (Awarded a VC for his actions).
Landing on Gold Beach ‘King Green Sector’ West of Ver-Sur-Mer.
Objective
Clear the beach and advance inland to capture Mont Fleury battery.
The scene is set for the first VC of the Normandy campaign.

A good fun game using I Aint Been Shot Mum rules, 28mm Figures by 1st Corps. Trenches, craters,bunkers and dragons teeyh all 3d printed.

Great looking table - how did the game go?

A victory to the British. The last couple of photos show a British Platoon taking up a flanking postion to roll up the German defences, while the other 2 Platoons have captured the trences.
