Title: Multiplayer Amush Valley?
Post by: MartinShamutantis on September 16, 2021, 11:54:50 AM
I am considering running a multi-player Ambus Valley-scenario after having played the game a bunch over the last months. The idea would be that I play the Viet Cong, facing three players each having three to four squats of US Marines. However, I am not sure how well this would work. Do you any experience running this kind of scenario with the Force on force/Ambush Valley system? Let me know if you have any advice or thougths. I am really on the fence about this idea at the moment.

There is a multi-player scenario like this in the Force on Force Bushwars book.

Where several players take a stick of Rhodesian troops each. The the GM controls the insurgents.

Haven’t played it but the basis of what you want should be there.

Great, thanks! Do you remember which one it is? I just had a quick look in the book and cannot seem to find it. It contains only three scenatios, right?

Cheers

It’s on page 54 of Bush Wars. Operation Zulu.

It’s designed for four players commanding the Rhodesians and a GM controlling the ZANLA. I’ve had a quick read and it would work for a search and destroy mission of a VC village or similar.
