Last Friday our group put on a very large (4,000 points per side) Kings of War game at our local gaming hangout. It pitted Vynnie's recently acquired large Bretonnian (actually a historical Burgundian) army against the combined forces of my Rokugani's and leadfool's Kislevite forces. It was a very hard fought game but it ended in a draw because we ran out of time and they were getting ready to kick us out of the store. Photos below.

My forces are mostly the
"Empire" figures from GW. Including Kislev. I was using the historical KOW list for the Conquistadors.

Looks Great! I always did like those empire pistoleers. The Samurai cav looks pretty good too. L5R made some nice minis.
Is there magic in this rule set? I think KofW makes a supplement. Even if not, you could just invent some sort of excuse for the following to be on the field. So for the europeans there's.......

For the Samurai, you could introduce the above to https://www.reapermini.com/search/ogre/latest/02486 (https://www.reapermini.com/search/ogre/latest/02486)
They could party down.
